Mandy has been an incredible support to me and someone I have been able to turn to for advice for both my first birth and my upcoming 2nd birth. The “wee chat” over Teams to help plan for my 2nd birth was exactly what me and my husband needed to feel more confident in our choice to have a home birth this time, and we received a detailed follow up from Mandy with further reading, balanced studies linked to questions we’d asked her and notes helping us to write and carefully consider our choices in my birth plan. She took her time really getting to know us and what our vision for birth looked like and it’s clear she is incredibly passionate about her work. Would highly recommend to ANYONE having a baby, regardless of how or where you wish to give birth!! Thanks again!!

From the very beginning Mandy created a space where I felt truly heard, respected and supported. The antenatal sessions left both me and my partner feeling not only informed but empowered - like we had permission to trust our instincts, ask questions and make choices that felt right for us. This was really helpful when we were going into our consultant appointments, we definitely asked questions or challenged things that we never would have. What stood out most was Mandy’s ability to really listen and reflect back what mattered to us - she did not come with her own agenda on how birth should look for us. She offered balanced information and sent us helpful research. We felt much more connected, relaxed and confident in the lead-up to the birth. Being able to contact Mandy by WhatsApp at any time of the day was so helpful, if I thought about something in the middle of the night I could send it and she would reply as soon as she saw the message even if it was just to say she’d send more research or something later. It’s hard to put into words, but Mandy’s presence and support reminded me I wasn’t alone and it was ok to want or not want specific interventions or outcomes and really that I was actually doing the right thing for my baby. If you’re pregnant and looking for someone who can gently support your thinking, help you explore your options and listen without judgment I really can’t recommend her enough.

We had the most amazing day at our Hypnobirthing full day course, we weren’t sure what to expect but now I would 100% recommend to anyone. Mandy is truly amazing at what she does, she is the best for the job she knows how to keep you engaged and involved in the course. We walked away from the course feeling a lot more confident in the labour process and knowing that it is okay to use your voice and question anything you are unsure about. Not only has she made us feel a lot more comfortable and prepared but my partner now also feels like he has a job within the labour process and knows how to support me. I cannot recommend Mandy enough!

I attended the half day hypnobirthing course with my wife in May. To be honest I was a little sceptical about it before hand but after our day my mind was changed completely! Mandy explained everything so well, I learned so many things about birth and now feel ready to support my wife in the birth of our second baby. The day was really relaxed and informal which helped for being able to ask questions and take part in the session. I would highly recommend this course for anyone and found as a dad it gave me such a good understanding of what will be happening during the birth and what my role is

I attended the late pregnancy course at 39 weeks - although this is my second child there was still so much about birth and how I wanted my birth experience to be that I didn't know! The course is so informative and although I didn't attend the full hypnobirthing course I learned so much, skills that I can take away over the next few weeks then apply to my birthing plan. My previous birth was quite traumatic but Mandy has made me feel at ease and given me great tools, advice and information I'm genuinely excited for my birth. If you are thinking of attending any of these courses I highly recommend you won't be disappointed. Also cutest little lunch and gift bag to take away. Thank you so much Mandy

Class is great for mums looking to have a bit of me time. Get together with other mums to talk about a certain topic or anything on your mind about labour and share experiences or feelings or fears! Such a nice venue and relaxed atmosphere and the delicious cakes and tea or coffee is a bonus. Afterwards having a well deserved lie down and mindfulness meditation...I almost fell asleep every time! Bring a pillow for your head or bump to make it extra comfy. I was a bit big so getting comfortable was tricky. The class is a good way to relax and unwind and find out more information on labour and how to make Informed decisions. Would definitely go again if I was to have another

I attended the pregnancy relaxation classes for a block at the start of my pregnancy. It was fab, the most amazing, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Mandy has so much time and patience to explain things, and has so much knowledge to pass on. Would highly recommend.

Completed a block of the pregnancy relaxation classes near the end of my pregnancy, these were great and I always ended up feeling so chill after the class. I had a 90 minute Mindful Breastfeeding Session with Mandy this morning and absolutely loved it. She is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to and non-judgemental. I felt completely relaxed and safe speaking to her about my breastfeeding concerns and now feel calm and excited to start my breastfeeding journey.

I found the session really helpful. Having some calming techniques to try has made me feel more positive about dealing with life/stress going forward. It was also good to hear that my experience is so common. I kind of know that already but sometimes difficult to believe when ll you really hear about is the opposite, so its always good to be reminded. The meditation definitely made me feel a bit calmer so I'm going to try to do that every day. I like that the tracks are only a few minutes long as it feels easier to slot in and less likely to be interrupted.

Highly recommend the mindful breastfeeding session - Mandy really knows her stuff and was very open and welcoming to any questions (no matter how relevant they were). The content of the session was very useful and gave me a lot of confidence that no matter what happens on my own BF journey that my mindset will be in the right place and that there are tools,techniques and support readily available. I feel far more confident now that I’m more informed and relaxed around BF. Now it’s time to wait and see how I get on with my own journey, luckily I’ll have all the learning from Mindful BF and Mandy to help support. We rounded of the session with a lovely calming relaxation, such a great way to end the session.

Just wanted to say thank you again for your Mindful Breastfeeding session. You really helped me to redefine my views of breastfeeding and for the first time in 3 children I decided to reach out for help when I was struggling and as a result my little one had a tongue tie cut today which has made such a difference already!
