  • £450

Standalone postnatal support or as an add-on to your antenatal or basic doula package. This includes:

    • Postnatal Planning Session

    • 4 weeks (approx. 12 hours) of postnatal support, in your home

    • Evidence based information and signposting

    • Emotional and mindset support and tools

    • Infant feeding support (with relevant signposting for complex concerns)

    • Practical support (basic tidying, helping juggle other children, basic food preparation)

Additional weeks can be purchased at £100 per week.

  • £500

This is my ‘if the stars align’ option for birth support, exclusively available to clients I’ve worked with for a minimum of four hours (Essentials package upwards).

With this option, I won’t officially be on call for you 247, but if you call me in labour and my availability aligns, I will attend your birth. I’ll observe a lighter on-call period - staying nearby and contactable - but without the full commitment of round-the-clock availability.

If this feels right for you, you can add this on with a £100 non-refundable retainer. If I do attend your birth, a further £400 attendance fee will be payable.

Please get in touch to discuss.

In today’s maternity context, many people feel disconnected from their birth experience, unheard or unsure of their options. Many even come away carrying trauma, which can have long-lasting effects.

Working with a doula is not about finding someone to rescue you. It’s about having someone by your side who believes in you, who helps you find your voice and who holds space for you to make the choices that feel right for you and your baby.

The benefits are both emotional and practical. Research shows that having a doula present can lead to shorter labours, fewer interventions and a more positive birth experience. But it also goes deeper: continuity of care, emotional support, advocacy and a calm and steady presence that helps you step into your power.

In postpartum, having someone hold you as you adjust to new parenthood and reminding you of your power to make the right decisions for you and your family is invaluable - helping you feel seen, supported and nurtured in one of life’s biggest transformations.

A woman sitting on a bed holding a baby in her arms, while a toddler leans in to interact with the baby. The woman is smiling and wearing a white sweater and jeans. The baby is in a pink outfit, and the toddler is wearing a light-colored outfit.

It’s hard to put into words, but Mandy’s presence and support reminded me I wasn’t alone and it was ok to want or not want specific interventions or outcomes and really that I was actually doing the right thing for my baby. If you’re pregnant and looking for someone who can gently support you, help explore your options and listen without judgment I really can’t recommend her enough.

Choosing Me As Your Doula

Working with a doula is such a personal decision. If you invite me into your birth space, I want you to feel comfortable, safe, and confident in me. Here’s how the process looks when we work together:

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a free consultation so we can get to know each another. You’ll get a sense of who I am, how I work and whether we ‘click.’ I’ll ask about your hopes and needs, and you can ask me anything. I’ll also always encourage you to speak with other doulas before making your choice - it’s so important you feel completely at ease with whoever you invite into this sacred space.

2. Securing Your Spot

If we decide to move forward together, you’ll pay a deposit (usually 50% of the fee) to secure my support. I’m happy to discuss payment plans if that makes things easier - we’ll figure out what works best for you.

3. Antenatal Sessions

This is where our relationship really builds. For full packages, we’ll usually have 4–5 sessions in your home, and for the basics package at least 2. These sessions are a mix of learning, planning and simply being heard and will be tailored to your needs. Together we’ll explore things like:

  • Birth physiology

  • Evidence-based information

  • Your rights, choices and boundaries

  • Tools for advocacy and self-advocacy

  • Birth partner and doula support and what that looks like

We will also have lots of honest conversations about your hopes, fears and any barriers you feel are in your way. We will have open and honest deep conversations and you will be listened to and held.

4. On-Call From 38 Weeks

From 38 weeks until your baby is born, I’m officially ‘on call’ for you - day and night. When labour begins, you can call me anytime and I’ll come to you quickly. Often I’ll join you at home first (even if you’re planning a hospital birth), and then travel with you if needed. I’ll stay with you for as long as you want me there - sometimes that’s throughout, sometimes I step back and return later if things slow down. My role is always led by you. I’ll be with you as you birth your baby and into those first sacred hours, staying until you’re settled, comfortable and ready for me to slip away.

5. Postnatal Support

Every package includes a birth debrief - a chance for you to tell your story, process what happened and feel truly heard. With my full package, I’ll also visit in the first 4 weeks postpartum (or for four weeks starting when you want), offering emotional support, practical help, feeding support and an extra pair of hands if you need it. If you’d like to extend postnatal care, we can always discuss this depending on my availability.
