Whether you’re a first time mum, fifth time mum, planned caesarean, VBAC, older, younger, high BMI, low BMI, have medical conditions, plan to birth in hospital, at home or without any medical support whatsoever - your individual needs and mode of birth may vary but the fundamental need is the same: to birth in your power, to be centred in the experience and to be fully involved in decisions about you and your baby.
I offer in person doula support in West Lothian and the central belt of Scotland and virtual doula support anywhere in the world. I also work with clients antenatally and postnatally as stand-alone support options, again either in person locally or online anywhere.

Virtual doula support to your phone anywhere in the world, various packages available to suit your needs including antenatal, postnatal and ‘on call’ option - you can also add this support to any of my other packages at time of booking or after your sessions.

121 postnatal support including breastfeeding support where required, in person or virtual. Various options including birth debrief, breastfeeding support and practical and emotional support.
