  • £600

This is the most comprehensive level of virtual doula support I offer and includes:

    • 30 minute consultation

    • 10 hours of antenatal preparation

    • Fully responsive Whatsapp Support from booking to birth, you can message me 247 and I’ll respond within 4 hours between 8am and 8pm

    • Evidence based research and information, signposting to other relevant sources, as well as emotional and mindset support

    • Fortnightly check in call (optional and flexible)

    • Virtual ‘on-call’ 247 from 38 weeks* to birth

    • WhatsApp and FaceTime support for you or your birth partner(s) for labour, birth and third stage

    • 90 minute birth debrief to allow you to be listened to and reflect on your experience

    • Discount on upgrade to postnatal virtual doula support if you decide you want it

We’ll start with a no obligation consultation call where you can essentially interview me to make sure I’m what you’re looking for.

If you decide to go ahead, I’ll ask you to complete a form with some information on where you’re at, how you’re feeling about your upcoming birth and any specific areas you want to focus on in our sessions (we’ll have already gone over some of this on our call too).

I’ll then prepare the outline structure for the antenatal sessions and then run this past you before we get started - this ensures the course content is matched with your expectations - and we’ll book in dates and times. Having said that, I’m flexible and can adapt as we go along if anything comes up we need to dig deeper on.

We can break the time down as you like, most people do 4-5 sessions of 2-2.5 hours but I can also accommodate shorter or longer sessions if needed. We’ll also go over your birth plan and agree our ‘on call’ plans.

From 38* weeks to birth I will be ‘on call’ for you, which means you can WhatsApp or FaceTime me any time of day and I will respond right away and be available to answer questions or simply hold space for you emotionally throughout the birth process, including third stage.

Following the birth, you will have the opportunity for a birth debrief call with me, which you can book in at any time in the postpartum period (which as we know, lasts a lifetime).

    * we will discuss ‘on call’ start date, particularly if you have a history of pre-38-week births

My virtual doula packages offer an accessible way for you to receive doula support throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum - tailored to your needs depending on which package you choose.

I will be available via WhatsApp from booking right up to birth - you can message me 247 and I’ll respond as soon as possible and always within 4 hours between 8am and 8pm.

You can ask me anything pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood-related and I’ll respond with what you need - whether that’s emotional support, tools to support your mindset, evidence based information, policy information or signposting to other sources of support. If you choose the ‘Full Shebang’ or ‘On-Call Add-On’ I will also go on call for you from 38 weeks to birth so yourself or your birth partner(s) can contact me by phone, WhatsApp or video call anytime 247 and I’ll be available to you.

I’m there in your phone whenever and however you need me - my aim is to ensure you feel fully supported throughout this journey.

“Mandy is truly amazing at what she does, she is the best for the job she knows how to keep you engaged and involved. We walked away from the antenatal sessions feeling a lot more confident in the labour process and knowing that it is okay to use your voice and question anything you are unsure about. Not only did she make us feel a lot more comfortable and prepared but my partner also felt like he had a job within the labour process and knew how to support me”
