Vision

My vision is to raise my daughters in a world where motherhood is valued and respected and where they are empowered in pregnancy, birth and in motherhood!

Mission

My mission is to provide antenatal, birth and postnatal support that enables families to experience pregnancy, birth and motherhood on their terms and in their power - feeling safe, informed and well supported and most importantly being centred in their own experiences.

Values

Assertive: I will encourage you to ask questions, set boundaries and articulate your wants, needs and desires for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Realistic: I provide positive support without sugar coating, I will prepare you to fully believe in your own capabilities whilst ensuring your eyes are wide open to any obstacles you may face.

Honest: I aim to create a safe and trauma informed space where you feel comfortable to have open and honest conversations about your hopes, fears, choices and boundaries and where you feel listened to and supported.

Open Minded: I will offer non-judgemental support for you and your choices, your pregnancy, birth and motherhood experience is all about you.

Justice: as a birth worker I am deeply committed to supporting safety, freedom and autonomy for all birthing people and I will use my voice to speak out and take action against systems of oppression - both here and in the wider world.
